Comments: About the front covers...The difference is the sticker 
on the front of the case. That sticker is the only thing that provides 
the date of the show. All the covers are the same for both shows 
with the exception of that sticker.
The only distinguishing factor of these boots is the color of the 
discs. One show is light blue for both discs, the other show 
are turquoise color discs.
These discs were sent in two 2 disc jewel cases, not a single 
four disc case that MVR has been known to use, 
i.e. Chinese Takeway, Silver Feather, Beautiful Day, and others.
