comment from johncorey:
Picky details: the city in NY is Binghamton (no 'p') and the venue was at that time the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. I don't think there ever was a 'Coliseum' near there, though I notice a few Google pages that references one - but those all also misspell the city as Binghampton (with the 'p'!) so I'm happy to consider them wrong.

I think this recording is from the concert in Buffalo on June 12, as Jerry Portnoy is in Blow Wind Blow

Yes, Eric introduces Jerry Portnoy at the beginning of the piece, and he is mentioned on the artwork. Marc Roberty doesn't mention Portnoy on his book, neither on the June 12th gig nor on the 18th one. Although Whereseric.com do list Portnoy on the June 12th show.

Any other idea what's the right date for this recording?
