Geetarz Comments:

Probably one of the best audience recordings of Derek and the Dominos, made all the more special by the appearance of B.B. King on the last track.

This certainly supercedes the earlier release of this show entitled "Garage" (Asteroid), which should be called "Garbage", and should be treated as such.

There is another version of this show released as "G" on the Mid Valley label (MVR-113-2). In my opinion the source used for the MV release was of lower generation (i.e. "closer to the source") than that used for this release, however this one was more heavily "remastered". What one thinks of the results is likely more of a personal preference. I prefer the more "balanced" feel of the MV release, but this version also has its good points, as the EQ really brings the guitar right up front.

In the end, they're your ears, check 'em both out and choose which one YOU like the best. Or go listen to "Garbage", I mean, "Garage" ... like I said, they're your ears!

Enjoy!
